CT Sales and Design Division

With deep Connecticut roots and a reputation built on trust, relationships, and results, Lori leads and continues to expand the STAGED Connecticut division. Her strong referral network and loyal client base—many of whom return time and again—are a testament to the personalized experience and genuine care she brings to every project.

Blending strategy with style and a positive, personable approach, Lori draws on her strong background in real estate, branding, and marketing to understand what makes a property stand out and sell. As a trusted client liaison, she ensures seamless communication, exceptional service, and a thoughtful, tailored experience from start to finish.

When she’s not working with clients, Lori loves spending time with her daughter, fiancé, and family.

Demi Metropoulos-Nassief

NY Director of Sales and Design

After building a successful candle company from scratch, Demi understands the importance of client communication, organization, and an excellent eye for detail. From start to finish, Demi makes sure all the details behind the scenes are on point and the completed project is seamless. From Staged Design Project Manager to Director of our New York Sales and Design team, Demi is eager to continue our small company to new heights.

When Demi is not meeting with our clients or managing the day-to-day projects at Staged, you can find her enjoying my coffee and a lit Simply Sunday Candle with her husband and dog, Scout.

Rachel Ann Giambrone

NY Sales and Design Coordinator

Vibrant and approachable, Rachel is known for her bubbly personality and exceptional interpersonal skills. With a customer-first approach by delivering a friendly energy and professional persona, Rachel strives to create a relatable and exceptional service to all our NY clients.

When she’s not meeting with clients or working on proposals and staging homes, Rachel is exploring restaurants, traveling and sharing unforgettable moments with friends.

Brooke Fitzsimmons

Marketing Intern

After graduating from Quinnipiac University's accelerated 3+1 program with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brooke discovered the perfect way to combine her passion for marketing, creativity, and interior design. With a background in social media, she brings a fresh perspective to every project at Staged. From creating engaging content and showcasing beautifully designed spaces to supporting the team behind the scenes, Brooke is passionate about highlighting the details that make every home feel inviting and memorable.

When Brooke isn't creating content or helping on staging projects, you can find her spending time with her five pets, enjoying all things Disney and Marvel, and finding inspiration through great design and storytelling.

Vanessa Casa

President of Staged

Personable, ambitious, and determined to make your experience memorable, Vanessa strives to bring your vision to reality. With a history in hospitality management, high-end restaurants and building a multi-million dollar event rental company, she has become a furniture rental business guru and blossomed Staged from scratch. Although her day-to-day is filled with visiting venues and working with event clients, Vanessa still manages to provide her expertise to the team at Staged.

Vanessa’s love for the job is anything but surface level, and when she’s not dedicating each day to fulfilling her clients' dreams, you can find her having a family movie night or hosting the best neighborhood bash with her husband and two sons.
